Yes, planes did hit the twin towers on 9/11. American Airlines Flight 11 hit the North tower, and United flight 175 collided with the South Tower.

The twin towers were the highest buildings but not for long. When the were still standing from 1998-2004 the were the highest building.
Depends if the Muslims Hijack your plane and crash it into the twin towers again!
