My good estimate would be 1 hour @ 350* if its pre-thawed.....2 hours frozen... and if your a perfectionist, stick the chick w/ a therm. which brings up another ? What temp should therm read.... I Don't know, so I go with a tried and true test in which I try to pull off a leg with a fork, if the leg moves easily and no blood shoots out, your good to go, use a little common sense........ if the chick tries to peck your hand, grab a 4-10, 12 gauge is overkill, and shoot the pesky little critter between the eyes............. or cook-er a little more!!!

The bird should reach 175 in the thigh and 160 in the breast to be done.

With a roaster oven preheated to 175 degrees C (350 F), a chicken should be cooked for quarter of an hour plus 20 minutes per pound. So, for a ten pound chicken, expect it to need around 3 hours 35 minutes.

if thaw, 20 min per pound + 15 min, make sure it is 165 degrees f, that juices run clear and the joints pop out with verry little effort.
