Well, in most states..beter yet, in America/USA.....If you are pleaded guilty, its a life sentence, including leathel injections. Im pretty sure that goes for every state as well so if you killed someone, hope no one turns you in or hope you dont get caught if you caught, you are S.O.L
Attempted murder can carry very stiff sentences. When the person is an adult and the attempted murder is premeditated, the sentence is 5-15 years in prison. When the person is a child, the sentence can be life.
It all depends on the state and its laws. Most murder cases are done by jurors who determine the sentencing. The judge can overule but its to their discrepency.
depends on what you used to try and kill someone. but normally attempted murder is the same as murder, 25 years to life.

no, but he was busted for heroin use.
How much time can you get in jail for a FOA 900.00 charge?
Jail doesn't always work because it often fails to address the root causes of criminal behavior, such as poverty, lack of education, mental health issues, or substance abuse. Additionally, overcrowding and limited resources in prisons can hinder rehabilitation efforts, leading to a cycle of recidivism. Alternative approaches, such as community-based programs and restorative justice, may be more effective in addressing the underlying issues that drive criminal behavior.
