Pro AnswerIn ear lobe stretching if you just had them you need to wait for them to heal first 6~8 weeks. If you stretch now you will damage the lobes and cause tissue tearing. Once healed you can stretch up 1 gauge once every 30 days, No more than one gauge and No faster that 30 days. Again going faster will cause the tissue to tear. Once you get where you want to be you can remove the jewellery and the piercings will shrink down without leaving great gaping holes (on the provision you did the stretch properly)
