You should wait AT LEAST 24 hours to avoid color loss and/or damage.
[Since you have to wash the hair to remove the dye anyways, this shouldn't be a problem, but if you feel like your hair is getting oily you can sprinkle a little baby powder, or use a next-day spray like mark. Mega Volume Next Day Spray.]
The two main reasons for having dirty hair before dying are that the hair holds the color better and is protected from damage. I've went one day without washing my hair before dying it, and I've met people who have got it washed right before dying it. It doesn't really matter, but if you really want to be safe, I'd say to at least take a shower the night before getting your hair dyed, wake up, and get it done.
Well you should really get a shampoo and conditioner thats red like the John freida or the aveda shampoos. They help keep the red more vibrant longer. But to be perfectly sure wait 3 to 4 days.
Actually, you should wait 2-3 days.
If you shampoo it when your taking the dye out of your hair, it will wash out.
That all depends on wether the dye is permanent or semi-permanent
You should wait between 24 and 48 hours to wash your hair after having color treatment.
Wait at least 24 hours before shampooing.

I would say about 6 monthes
Well it doesn't really matter what you use on your hair before dying - it won't make a difference. Personally I'd prefer to spend the precious time with loved ones.... If however you were looking to use it before dyeing it would be a different issue - in that case it wouldn't matter as long as you rinsed it out first, as most hair dyes recommend your hair is freshly washed (ie free of product) & towel-dried. I'd suggest simply using it after dyeing to enhance the condition of your hair post dyeing.
about 30 to 45 minutes.
if you wont the color darker put it in longer brighter shorter
Mine stayed in for about 2 years but it really depends on what hair dye you use or your hair dresser. If you are dyeing you hair yourself read the instructions in the box.
Curly or straight depends on what happens down in the hair sac, which is where the hair is made. Anything you do to the hair once outside the hair sac, like dyeing or perms, won't affect the growth zone. When it grows, it'll come out like it was before the treatment.
No it doesn't when you first get it done but after months it will start fading but its a long time before that happens : DD
3-5 minutes
Usually, any time after. But you should check the dye and bleach boxes just incase. If you can bleach your hair after, just make sure your hair can handle all of the chemicals.
around 3-5 days
For long hair, wash them, dry them on the cool setting, and brush them. Short hair, brush them.
