The Nike LunarEclipse shoes are not new as they were released in 2010. However, Nike has come out with a newer version, LunarEclipse 2 which are in fact new.
Depernds which type and how hard you use them.
Nike shoes run true to size and are great quality and do not stretch out. Nike are top of the line high quality shoes that are very popular and last long.

Nike trail running shoes are durable and last long. They provide good traction and are comfortable. New Balance Minimums Zero running shoes are light, comfortable, and great for running.
Nike shoes are very comfortable, long-lasting, and also look the best. Asics also last a long time. New Balance and Adidas are after Nike.
The Nike Lunaracer shoes in black are very good for long distance running, the shoes got very good reviews. The shoe is very lightweight and made to fit snug to your feet. It has plenty of mesh to keep the air circulating.
it is a matter of opinion. for shoes i prefer nike because it is more known for speed whereas adidas are more known for ball control as in long range passing and free kicks or corners.
From my experience, Nike Lunar shoes excel in cushioning and lightweight comfort. The Lunarlon foam adapts to my stride, reducing fatigue—perfect for long runs. They’re my top pick for performance and all-day wear!
If you like them and have no discomfort -- do it. Nike shoes are very light. I tried these shoes as well. For me they have not enough amortization. The argumentation of Nike is that due to last researches it is irrelevant if you have this thick amortization like Addidas has e.g. and it is even better for feet to run so naturally as possible. So Nike just switched to that trend -- they have also these bare-foot shoes. Anyway, different shoes impact your run style differently. If you trained in that shoes I would keep them.
