For a child to be healthy which is important a child should sleep 10 to 12 hours. If your child goes to sleep late and wakes of early there body can get run down.Make sure your children go to bed at a reasonable hour
It all depends on how much sleep they themselves need. A study said that a child needs 8hrs minium and 12hrs maxium.
Warm milk, ask a doctor how long your child should sleep depending on his/her age group, and let him/her play a lot it is a great way to tire them out.
