The length of time depends upon the habitat's weather and the mosquito's species.

Specifically, the insect in question (Culicidae family) can pass through the life cycle stages of egg, larva, pupa and adult within 4-14 days. But the exact time spent in each stage depends upon the species. It also reflects the impact of weather since colder temperatures slow the development to the point that it is possible for the developing mosquito to overwinter until the following spring.

The habitat's weather and the mosquito's species determine the length of time that it takes an adult mosquito to hatch. The insect in question (Culicidae family) optimally passes through the life cycle stages of egg, larva, pupa and adult within 4-14 days. The exact time spent in each stage responds to species and to weather since colder temperatures slow the development to the point that it is possible for the developing mosquito to overwinter until the following spring.

I think they might grow into adults in a week or two's time. Sometimes they might even grow into adults in just a few days!
