approx 30 minutes. they have a 4-5 minute gapp between each pup being born, and if they are having contractions for 10 mins or more without producing another baby... you need to RUSH her to the vets! a contraction looks sort of like she has the hiccups :)

∙ 16y agowhen a guinea pig gives birth, it gives birth in peace, so your guinea pig will probably give birth while you're asleep. i don't know how painful it is for the guinea pig, but you probably won't see her in it
