A bachelor's degree in most areas can require between 120 to 128 college credits particular to a specific program of study. This would be based on a college or university that operates on a regular two semester academic year which is the most common. For institutions that operate on a tri-semester or quarter-semester it would be quite different. That being said, the Bachelor's degree - in most cases - is designed as a four year program of study, provided the student is full-time and follows their chosen program of study as prescribed by the college or university, and also provided the individual does not require prerequisite or developmental coursework as a result of basic skills testing. The minimum credit load for a full-time student is no less than 12 credits per semester. However, to complete the degree within the four years, a credit load of approximately 15 to 18 credits is recommended. For individuals who work or who have other responsibilities that would prohibit them from attending full-time, completion of the degree may take twice as long. Still, some of this time can be cut down by attending summer sessions and/or interim sessions. In addition, the bachelors and associate degrees are referred to as undergraduate degrees while the masters and doctorate degrees referred to as graduate degrees.

How good is an Accelerated Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Organizational Management?

Very good! A bachelors degree in anything will help you get a job. Many employers don't care if you have a bachelors degree in "underwater basket weaving" as long as you have the peice of paper, they are more likely to hire you. I know many people who gets jobs completely unrelated to their degree. So a degree in something you want to pursue is a big plus, way to go and good luck!

How long does it take to get a marketing management degree?

How long the degree takes you to complete depends on a few things. Not every class is offered every quarter/semester; how available the classes are will impact the speed at which you are able to complete the degree. How well you do in each course will also impact your graduation date (it takes longer if courses need to be repeated). Also, be aware that not all schools offer a degree in marketing management. In some schools it may only be a concentration in a degree like Business Administration.

If you have your associates degree how long does the bachelors degree take 2 or 3 years?

That would depend on the quality of the credits achieved in attaing the Associate Degree, the type of degree beings sought, and the academic demands required of the University confering the Bachelors degree. Don't expect a course in Art Appreciation or Basketweaving 101 to be of any value if you are seeking a Bachelors in Chemistry.
