It is stored in your muscle tissue for about 30 days. This is if you regularly smoke. The less you smoke, the less time it will take to leave your body. It can take as little as a week for a one time smoke session. Cranberry pills and copious amounts of water (about 8-10 8oz glasses a day) are very effective at filtering out toxins through your kidneys. I have heard of someone smoking, taking an obsessive amount of cranberry pills, then taking and passing a drug test 5 days later. I am not sure as to the efectiveness of this method, but filtering out toxins would be healthy for your baby. Be mindful of any active ingredients in the cranberries, especially if mixed with any other medication, and keep in mind that although hard, obsessively drinking water over 8-10 8oz glasses a day can be dangerous and life threatening.
