I have heard this question before, but never had an answer. I personally try to avoid chemical treatments if possible, my skin is very sensitive to most. So I try to use natural remedies when I can. Here is a free e book I downloaded to help http://naturalacneremedy.gr8.com

severe acne for ever. I wish i had found this a year ago.

About 2 months ago i found a great product i've been using.

It works wonders. I swear by this.

Wait at least a month. Take it at the same time everyday, and on an empty stomach. (Don't eat two hours before or after) A lot of supplements can negate the antibiotic, which is why you need to be on an empty stomach. If it doesn't work by the second month, chances are something is negating the drug or the acne is resistant.
