Depending on your skin type and how sensitive it is, you can gain the best results by leaving the toothpaste on over night and rinsing it off immediately in the morning. Results do vary also because of the toothpaste, it is recommended that you use a "real" toothpaste and not a gel, something natural or organic should give the desired results.

∙ 13y agowell, it would probably take about 5-7 days. the toothpaste takes the "puss" out, then it starts to decrease. my sister does this and it take about 5-7 days before the pimple it completely gone.
Well not true. Everyone's skin is different. Mine took 2-3 days because i keep my skin moisturized. It also depends on how dry or oily your skin usually is.

∙ 13y agoToothpaste will not help your pimple. Washing your face with soap and water and using a facial cream on it will clear it up. A pimple is a clogged pore of dirt and oil.

I'm not sure what Tobe past is, but putting toothpaste on a pimple will reduce the size and redness of the pimple. Gel toothpaste WILL NOT work, it must be the regular toothpaste.
