Wales is a country so it would depend where from you are going. If you are in the south about 3.5 hours. It can take 5 hours to drive from north to south wales but it would be the best 5 hours you ever spend in a car.
Take M5 to The NORTH (towards BIRMINGHAM), from Worcester, to M42 to The NORTH EAST at J4A.Take M42 around to M6(S) to COVENTRY and LONDON at J7A.Take M6 down to A14 FELIXSTOWE.Take A14 to CAMBRIDGE.
Take I-90 MASSACHUSETTS TURNPIKE (toll road) WEST to Worcester. To get to Worcester, either take MA-126 NORTH [EXIT 10A off I-90 MASSACHUSETTS TURNPIKE (toll road)] or I-290 EAST [EXIT 10 off I-90 MASSACHUSETTS TURNPIKE (toll road)].
