A common misconception about insufflating (snorting) drugs is that it goes straight up your nasal passage all the way up to your brain and the drug is on your brain. What happens when you snort a drug that is water soluble (most chemicals, pills included) it absorbs through the walls of your nasal passages into your blood stream because your nose is a mucus membrane like your mouth and eyes and other such places. So from the second you take that line you have it in your blood, you feel it quick when snorting because it enters your blood as its rushing to your brain so you get hit quick. Your blood rushes all over your body at fast speeds so i think even if you got blood taken a minute after snorting a line it would show up.
