∙ 12y agoi smoked on Friday 9/04/09 and tested negative on 09/10/09 but every one is different i run 3/4 miles every day i eat like 3 horses have a super fast motabilism and drink 3 gatoraids a week im 5-11-140 so i hope this helps

No, this is not harmful in any way.
If it was, at least one of the hundreds of billions of people who do nothing but smoke marijuana all day would have died as a result. (And they wouldn't give it to lung cancer or Asthma patients as a treatment.)
