For the last century or so, most U.S. college majors have required 4 years of study. If you take an over- or underload of classes, your time will of course be shorter or longer. However unless you are very talented, taking an overload is generally not preferable to completing your work in the standard amount of time.
College courses are offered at the technician, technologist or associate level at 1, 2 or 3 years duration. A university bachelors degree is usually 4 years duration, and a masters degree, 5 or 6 years. A doctorate will take at least 6 years. Any of these will qualify you to work at some level of analytical, organic, physical or process chemistry.
3 years for a Bachelor's degree. Higher degrees (Master's, Doctor's) take an extra 3 to 6 years above this. Note that this depends partly on the country. In the US it's POSSIBLE to get a Bachelor's in three years, but it will probably require taking a fairly heavy load each semester along with summer courses. Four is much more typical and if you're trying for an BS in Education expect five (you probably won't be able to take any courses while you're student teaching other than the student teaching course itself).
If you mean how long do it take to be a chemistry teacher, I would say it takes 4 years of college.
4-6 years, depending on the school

chemistry or physics but mainly chemistry
Most HS sophomore take Chemistry 1. High performers, or students who took Biology in 8th grade can take Chemistry as a freshman.
You need to take a science course then you can take a chemistry course.
I have had chemistry with this girl for a long time

I have my BSN and I had to take two chemistry classes.
it depends on what your school allows
In general, chemistry cannot answer questions of this sort. With thermodynamics, it's possible to make statements about energetics, but usually kinetics ("How fast") has to actually be measured. Even then, it's not really chemistry.
The time it takes to complete a degree depends on the individual. A truly dedication person can complete a four year degree in three years. An online chemistry degree will most likely take between four and eight years, depending the degree attained.
One can take a course in surface chemistry from many different places. One may contact local colleges in their area to see if they are offering classes in surface chemistry.
