I bake my in a water bath at 350 for approximately one hour. (That is a recipe using 2 pounds of cream cheese). After one hour turn oven off and leave your cheesecake in the oven for another hour. Remove from oven and water bath. You should have wrapped the entire bottom and up the sides of your springform pan with foil making sure no water from bath could seep in or none of the cheesecake batter could leak out.
