It stays in the folicle until it grows into a strand of hair. Short answer- how fast does your hair grow? Because the evidence will be there until you cut it off. How about this? Get a bunch of nair and rub it all over your head and leave it on until your scalp bleeds.
The real answer is two months.
How it works: Hair usually grows at the rate of 3/4 to 1 inch per month. Say yours grows at the 3/4 inch rate. Drug testing is conducted on the most recent 1-1/2 inch of hair--if your hair is six inches long, they'll take a sample from your head, then cut off all but the 1-1/2" closest to your scalp before testing it. So...if you smoke today, two months from now that pot will be out past the 1-1/2" limit.
Having said that, if you have smoked two months ago and you know you're going to have to get a hair drug test tomorrow, go down and get your hair cut to 1-1/2" today just to keep them honest.
Aprox. 7 years. Or long enough for every single hair on your head to fall out, and re grow. But don't worry about a hair test, they're rare and are barley used. Most common tests are urin, and saliva.
It stays in your hair forever :3 till you die, stop smoking pot and move on with life :)
3 MONTHS, i believe
A very long time can be years
How long does alochol stay in hair follicles
It stays in your hair follicles for life.
Hair follicles can be used to test for the presence or past use of alcohol. Alcohol can stay in a hair follicle for up to 120 days.
12 days wash your hair with tide.
It can be month or years, it depends on hair length and usage, also age ect...
it stays in your hair follicles for months. and that is hair follicles all over your body not just on your head!
I dont think anymore than a day
Nicotine can be detected in hair follicles for up to 90 days. It can be detected in urine for 2 to 4 days, and in a person's saliva for 1 to 4 days.
It doesn't go in your hair unless you smoke it. When you smoke it, it enters your bloodstream and THC ends up getting trapped in the hair follicles. If you've never smoked it, then there's none there.
Yes, drugs stay in hair and fat cells.
Probably around 3-9 days, depending on how often you smoke it. Of course, hair tests can still detect drugs after periods as long as 90 days after the last use.
Hair follicles cells are getting changed at frequent interval. So when drug is deposited in those cells will also get lost and is not available for examination. The pain killers which are deposited in hairs, will be there for very long time. Say for years.
