You don't have to eat any...but if you do well, keep a glass of milk or beer nearby to wash ot down. I know from past experiences that eating it does very little for you, unless you cook it in some form. A friend of mine used to make those Betty Crocker Snak Cakes, and add various amount of herb to it. To me that was a waste, but he swore by it. You don't Have to eat any!

ON the day of the test do not eat anything at all. nothing for 12 hours because the chemical THC sticks to your fat tissues and may even stay there forever in your system but the best way is to not eat for 12 hours before your test begins.
