The maximum dose you can TAKE depends entirely on you and your tolerance level.
The maximum dose that Percocet is AVAILABLE in is 10mg. For me, I generally take between 20-30mg at a time depending on how I feel. But I use a lot of it and have for many years, so my tolerance level is extremely high.
There is no maximum dose of opiate medications (or synthetic or semi-synthetic opiates). There is however, a maximum dosage of APAP (Tylenol or Acetaminophen) of 4 grams or 4,000 mgs daily. Obviously, the higher your tolerance & the longer you've been on the drug, the more of the opiate you must take to maintain pain control.
I currently take Percocet (Oxycodone 10mg, APAP 325mg) 2 pills every 4 hours, max 12 pills per day. That amount is a stregnth that would kill someone who doesnt take them regularly
1g = 1000mg 10mg x 1g/1000mg = 0.01g
1cg = 10mg 0.035mg x 1cg/10mg = 0.0035cg
10mg
1g = 1000mg 10mg x 1g/1000mg = 0.01g

Generally speaking, the maximum recommended dose for zolpidem (Ambien) is 10mg once per day before sleep. This is one of those rare occassions where the 10mg tablet actually is the maximum recommended dose.
This is the backwards way of asking the question. Aprx. 60mg of oxycodone, equals 10mg of methadone.

It depends on what drugs and how much is in the pill. If you are deliberately considering along those lines, you might be better to see a doctor.
The recommended dosage for Ambien is 10mg. You should talk to your doctor before increasing any medication's recommended dosage.
