I sent ten (10) postcards from London to Maine. Three (3) went out on 4-13-2013, all from a corner mailbox, and seven (7) went out on 4-16-2013, all at the same time, from a nearby post office branch. Today's date is 4-28-2013. Oh, and all the stamps were the same kind, purchased together at the beginning of my visit.
Of the original three (3), none has yet to reach its destination. Of the remaining seven (7), one (1) arrived on 4-19 and one (1) made its appearance on 4-27. Eight remain missing in action.
