∙ 7y agoIf a person has active TB or TB disease, they can spread it by coughing or sneezing in the air. They can not spread it by kissing, hugging, sharing food etc. You would contract it by inhaling the air with the bacteria after they coughed or sneezed. If your immune system can somewhat fight it, you would be diagnosed with latent tuberculosis infection. If infected with LTBI, you can't spread it. But, it can lead to active TB or TB disease. It can take anywhere from several weeks to several years for LTBI to evolve into TB disease. Either one can be diagnosed through a blood test or a Tuberculin skin test. Also, LTBI can be prevented from evolving into TB disease with the right medication.

∙ 13y agoHowever long it takes to die. Most Tubercolis patients take 2 to 4 years to die. You might make it to 5 or 6. You cannot get rid of Tubercolis. If it is contracted, you will have it until you die.

∙ 10y agoThere is no definitive answer for this. Once someone is diagnosed with TB, they will be treated aggressively with antibiotics. There will be tests run and they are considered infective until 3 clear tests come back. However, once someone has had TB, or been exposed to it, it can wall itself off in cells within the body and stay dormant.

Tuberculosis cannot be treated without the appropriate medications.
I've battled stress headaches and tension headaches for a good portion of my life. One thing that REALLY helps me is walking by myself. It doesn't have to be an hour walk. It could be for just fifteen minutes but it allows me to clear my mind and put things in proper perspective. I'm able to prioritize my problems and deal with them in a more orderly fashion instead of trying to solve them all at once. When you try to take care of everything all at the same time, even the slightest problem can seem overwhelming. The mere fact of being outside in the fresh air is also very relaxing. The other thing that really helps me is using an aromatherapy eye pillow. I keep the eye pillow in the freezer so it's always ready to use. I use one with peppermint leaves, peppermint oils and flax seed. The weight of the flax seed works like acupressure on my eyes and temples. The flax seed holds the cold in to help reduce swelling and stress around my eyes. The peppermint scent just opens my sinuses right up and helps me breathe so much better. That alone helps me to relax. The eye pillow itself blocks out any light which always helps my headaches! The company I purchased it from is A Touch Of Satin. Their website is http://www.atouchofsatin.com if anyone is interested. They use organic flax seed and organic peppermint leaves and that was important to me. If you think this will help you then you might want to give them a look. I hope this helps everybody. It certainly helps me!
There is a few ways to get rid of a migraine without taking medication. You can try taking a warm rag and covering your head.
Yes, it could be. When someone that is bipolar is not on medication, they have feelings of invincibility and think they can do things like shoplifting without getting caught.
Don't use drugs
I am taking a antidepressant and can't stop yawning is there anything I can do without stopping the medication?
That is a question that only a doctor who knows what medications someone is on can answer. Where anyone is taking medication for more than one condition, a doctor should be informed that someone is taking medication for one of them and they can usually decide what is the best combinations of drugs.
Due to the time length of treatment, the patient may stop taking their medication when they start feeling better. It take 12 months to treat.
No and definitely not safe for someone with such a condition - very dangerous.AnswerWhat are the steroids for? Some steroids are medically prescribed. Tell the doctor prescribing the steroids about any of your conditions and any medication you are already taking to avoid adverse drug interactions. As for taking steroids to buff up that's dangerous even if you're not schizophrenic so it would be even worse. Don't do it.
Diagnosis is provided for health problems not medication. Are you looking for side effects of the drug or a reason someone would be taking the medication? Amiodarone is used for an irregular heart beat.
