How long does it take for a bean plant to grow?

It takes about a week soaked in water for the red bean to sprout a small white shoot, then about two months for it to grow to about ten centimetres high. I've done some research and it should take about 120 days to grow to full size.oh then crap i only have a few weeks and i am dead

it could take a few days or maybe a week to sprout. sometimes it could take longer depending on the kind of bean. just give it time to germinate and give it water. miracle growth works a lot on my plants try that.
