No, Maplestory is made by Nexon while La Tale is made by OGPlanet. It is however a "copy" of maplestory. Edit: Actually, Maplestory is currently being published by Nexon. Maplestory was developed by Wizet. Also, La Tale's publisher is OGPlanet and it's developer is Actoz. Have a nice day.
