You will find the outside air temperature sensor under the battery tray
on a 3.0 it's located under the dist. cap/
Crankshaft sensor is on the back of the bell hosing of the transmission and the camshaft sensor is behind of the motor mount on the left under the coil pack
Put on your seatbelt. Now if the sensor is defective, take it back to the dealer. It is under warranty.
hi the speed sensor on a 96 caravan is located right under the air filter and on the transmission to replace it you just need to remove the air filterand you will see it on top of the tranny.
I doubt it, brakes and brake components are generally considered "wear parts" or "Maintenance items". You will need to carefully read your warranty to find out for sure.

the o2sensor(oxygen sensor)is on the exhaust if i recall right. There are (2) oxygen sensors on the 2001 Dodge caravan (in this case Sport / SE edition) One is accesable under the hood the other is down in the exaust array past the catalytic converter. If your error message is showing that your heating element is out in the O2 sensor... its the front sensor.
could be a sensor, had my 99 ram do it to me when i had 10,000 miles, lucky it was under warranty. it did it to me again at 30,000 it was another sensor at transmission
