Usually, the Guideline is that potentially hazardous foods should not be left at room temperature for more than 2 hours - or only one if the ambient temperature is quite warm. For babies, I'd think you'd want to go even stricter than those recommendations.

∙ 15y agoFormula can not sit outside the refrigerator for more than 2 hours. After the baby has eaten some that takes the time down to 1 hour. The warmer the formula gets the faster bacteria grows.
