You don't want to cook a turkey on a charcoal grill, you would burn or dry out the skin and outer part of the turkey before you got to a safe internal temp. I would use a smoker or some type of grill where you can cook with in-direct heat.

It depends on your grill and if you can maintain the inside temperature. Every year for Thanksgiving and xmas I smoke a turkey in my charcoal grill and it turns out great. I always get a 15 to 17 pound bird, brine for 1 hour per pound, then place it on my grill rack - usually takes between 4.5 to 5 hours.

While actual times will vary depending on the temperature setting you're cooking at, approximately 8-10 minutes per side on medium-high works fairly well. Press your finger into the thickest part of the fillet, and if it leaves an indent then it is not quite cooked yet. Or, use an internal thermometer and cook until the thickest part reaches an internal temperature of 74C.

A good guideline is to figure on about 10 minutes per inch of thickness. If grilling from frozen, plan on 20 minutes per inch.

Chicken breast fillets grill pretty fast if they are not very thick. The desired time is around 5-6 minutes at searing temperature.
