It is NOT RECOMMENDED to go tanning after any body piercing. When lying in a tanning bed, the jewelry that is in a new piercing will heat up and burn your raw pierced skin. This is not good for the healing process. I'm not sure what happens if you do, but to be on the safe side, DON'T TAN WITH A NEW PIERCING!!!!

You can go tanning right away, just keep tanning lotions out of and away from the piercings.

NEVER get your belly button pierced!

about 2 days or it should come of in the bath/shower anyway.

You can go in water as soon as you have had it pierced i had mine pierced 8 weeks ago for my 17 and i went swimming straight after but be careful not to catch it on anything

because you may possibly smell like fish for a week.

I should think so. My friend just got her belly button pierced two weeks ago and we went swimming the other day. Ask yourself this: is it safe to go swimming right after getting your ears pierced?

well,my sister got her pierced at 11:LL...

It shouldn't hurt as long as you keep sweat and other debris out of it.

whenever you feel ready to get it done. You should also talk it over with your parents, and ask if its okay for you to get it done. And if you are under 16, you'll need their consent to get it done. You should also think about it, try watching some videos on youtube of people getting hteir bellybutton pierced.

NO ,NO,NO ! You could contaminate your piercing and get a systemic infection.

You should eat and get plenty of fluids before getting any piercing. The risk of bleeding worse, fainting and hitting your head on something, or going into shock (all of which get worse when you don't eat) are far worse than the risk of embarrassing yourself by getting nauseous.

Personally...No! Honestly i think you should wait a while i hear that there are many things that could happen if you get your tongue peirced! you should wait a few years before you do that! but you can atleast wait until your 15 to get your belly button pierced.

Mine did. Not as bad as it did right after it got pierced though.

Before you get anything else pierced, you should wait until your surgery has completely healed. You do not want to do anything that could get it infected.

getting in a hot tub would not hurt a new belly button piercing, but your not supposed to. you should wait at least 6weeks after you got the piercing to sit in water. (I know this because i have ma belly button pierced. i have it pierced all around =)..) Anyway, i suggest you put a water proof band-aid over it or tape or something to cover it up b4 you get in the hot tub.

Unless there were unusual complications, this should present no issue.

Well you usually dress how you want to (Naked or a bathing suit on). next put on some tanning lotion, usually the kinds for indoor tanning beds, Next get into the bed. Sometimes they just start automatically. Or you have to push the start button. After you are all done with tanning, The bed should shut off automatcally. The get out and get dressed.

Tanning beds should be cleaned after every use with a product that disenfects such as Novus tanning bed cleaner.

That's a decision you and only you can make, do your research and make your mind up based on good information.

I started with my left ear getting pierced & a few weeks later my right ear was pierced as well. This is completely up to you. I started with my left and then, soon, got my right pierced and have been slowly stretching them for 6 years now.
