it all dpends how much Tylenol u took. your weight . if u took 500 mg of Tylenol then a lrotab 5-10/500 would be ok i wouldn't take more than 1500 mg of Tylenol at ounce though
and if your still nevous 4 hours afterwords your in the clear no matter what

∙ 15y agoLortab (acetaminophen and hydrocodone)is a depressant drug, as is Xanax. You should never take them together except on the advice of the physician who prescribed them. You should then consult your pharmacist for possible adverse interactions anyway, as doctors know much less about drugs than pharmacists.

If im drug tested for opiates and i am taking vicodin and lorcet but am prescribed it. Should I worry about anything else?
As long as you have a legit prescription from a doctor, and you are only using the drugs you have been prescribed, there should be no problem. You will need proof of a prescription, I'm sure, but other than that, you should be fine.
