This really depends on the size of the chicken, what it is stuffed with, and the type of oven being used, etc.
A chicken can be baked in 40 minutes at 250 C (See recipe in Related links below), but really you should keep an eye on it to make sure that it is cooking as you expect.
So it is also a good idea to check the chicken with meat thermometer to see if it is properly cooked inside.
For a recipe, and how to check if the chicken is cooked, see Related links below.

Until it is 175 degrees and it will drift the remaining 5 degrees. But for the weight about 3-3 1/2 hrs. Note: I smoke my turkey and it takes about 8-10 hrs. and if you stuff your bird the time will vary.
A really long time. Most turkey cooking times are based on 350 or 375 degrees so 225 would take much longer. 21 pounds is a lot of turkey, and it would be important if you stuffed your turkey or not. The answer is basically 8 hours unstuffed. It would be best to use a meat thermometer to ensure that the breast and the thigh reached at least 165 degrees. If you don't have a meat thermometer, eight hours should be sufficient for you to go out and buy one.
