It varries, and depends heavily on the individual. For some, dangerous side effects can spring up right away, especially if they take drastic or extreme measures right off the bat. For many, it can take a few months or years for the problems to really begin to manifest themselves. In some cases, there are hardly any dangerous or deadly symptoms or signs that occur.

It depends. Some people might become anorexic in a matter of a few months, if they litterally cut off all food. Others might "ease" their way into anorexia, limiting food little by little and slowly adding in exercise over the course of a few years. Generally, a person is considered "anorexic" if they have a bad relationship with food, some mental issues with depression / low self-esteem / BDD (Body Dismorphic Disorder), significant weight loss, low BMI (Body Mass Index), organ problems, and / or other health problems.

Quite soon. Not eating actually holds on to fat, and as you get further into the desiease, your bodyily organs start to disfunction. This can lead to extreme sickness and death/

The kicks are not actually penalty kicks but are called kicks from the mark. Each team initially takes five kicks. If the score is still level after that then each team then takes one kick until one team scores and the other doesn't. No player may kick a second time until all their teammates have kicked once.
