∙ 16y agoThe tower of terror opened at MGM in 1994. The one that is located in California opened in 2004. The rides are almost identical except for the outside design.

Yen Sid is in his tower at the beginning of the game. You get there by going to Twilight Town, to the train station. I'm pretty sure it's there. Or at the Sunset Place train station. Either way, you have to go to Twilight Town to get there. You may have to do something else to trigger the cut scene that allow you to board the train. After you get the Timeless River world, Yen Sid is either in the Disney Castle or he disappears. (I can't quite remember which) If you meant Cid, the Final Fantasy character, he's in Hollow Bastion, in Merlin's House, usually.
