Depends on whether they are long-haired or short-haired. Normally, within 5-8 days for short-haired kittens and 10-14 days for long-haired kittens. See the web page below for a more detailed answer:

it takes 7 to 12 days for a kitten to open its eyes and 2 to 3 months for a kitten to fully see you
Well the normal age for opening their eyes is about 2 weeks but kittens are like babies, some progress a little faster than others and some a little slower.

your cat may have a disease. or is just unable to carry kittens. either that or the father might have a disease. a disease that makes them unable to have kittens. you should take your cat to the vet to see why.
Because she trusts you and she wants you to see her kittens so you can adore them. she loves them and wants you to love them too. Ahhhhh. :)
well a newborn kitten can see at 5-10 days after birth but it normally takes a lot longer so until their vision matures they walk very wobbly and fall a lot so don't be worried if it falls a lot
Most newborn domestic kittens will open their eyes in four to ten days. Some more, some less. It usually takes a good deal longer, however, for a kittens sight to mature enough to be usefull for anything, that is partly why kittens often stagger like they are drunk!
When finding newborn kittens, the primary goal should be to ensure their safety and survival. Ideally, newborn kittens are raised by their mother, who can provide the proper protection and nourishment they need. Therefore, the first step should be to see whether the mother is present and able to care for the kittens, rather than immediately interfering. If a capable mother is available, then little else is needed except perhaps a watchful eye in case anything goes wrong. If a mother cannot be found, then it is safe to take the kittens to a vet, a shelter, or to your own home. If the choice is to personally adopt them, it is critical that proper bottle-feeding and weening techniques are followed.
Newborn kittens cannot see or hear. They must use scent to locate their mother. Once found, her purr vibrates, so they also find her through touch. When their ears open, they can also hear her.
6 months
Newborn eyes don't focus yet and they don't see in color at first. It take a bit of time before both of these things develop in a baby.
Well, living on a farm with lots of cats, I've raised many kittens. They will open their eyes approximately around 7-10 days old but at first the vision is poor. They can see as well as adult cats around the age of 2 and a half months about. Remember to never expose newborn kittens to bright lights.
The external genitalia aren't anything readily visible. Initially, the only visible difference between males and females is the ano-genital distance. See related links.
When the mother will let him near enough, Tom can visit. Mom will hiss and throw a hissy fit if she doesn't want him nearby. And he won't want to stay if mom is being grouchy.
