Magma does not dry. Drying implies that the magma becomes solid by loss of water. In reality it becomes solid due to a drop in temperature. So, in reality it freezes. When magma solidifies it becomes intrusive igneous rock.

It depends on which biome you live in, and what material your sidewalk is made of: I live in rural north England, deciduous forest, the sidewalks are made of mud and after it rains it takes about half an hour in the sun to dry.

Lava is liquid rock, it is thick liquid and very hot. It is not wet in any way.
well if you really want to get them dry fast! I would take a cup and fill it with ice cold water and dip your fingers for 5-10 sec. it works for my nails!
