non you have to buy a separate memory cartrage or harddrive that can go anywhere between $20.00 to $300.00. my best bet is on the elite package. trust me its worth the money to buy the best bcus youll spend more money tryin to upgrade the arcade. i mmade taht mistake and thank target i got my money back. all in all arcade is a rip off get the elite! ;)

∙ 12y agoNo you can not have xbox live without a hardrive on the arcade system and this isn't all bad news you can purchease a hardrive to insert on the top of your arcade unit this will run you about 100 dollars you can get this at any Walmart target or GameStop
