There are five nations in the world that do not have an airport. This is mostly because the countries are so small. The nations are Liechtenstein, Vatican City, Andorra, Monaco (has a heliport), and San Marino.
In regards to airports that offer international flights, there are too many to name. Every country will have several international airports, usually in the big cities.

Its hard for people getting in and out of countries and at many of the airports you have to take off almost all of your personal items airports have gotten very strict.
