It may be impossible to know exactly because the B17 gunners were fighting for their lives and may not have kept a count. Enemy records of airplane losses may be more indicative, if they can be found, and if anyone has compiled them. Good luck.

If the question is asking about the V bombers operated by Great Britain during the Cold War, there were three types; the Valiant, the Victor, and the Vulcan. Sorry, I do not know how many of each were built.

The U.S. Navy had approximately 915 combat aircraft (fighters, dive-bombers, and torpedo bombers) on fifteen aircraft carriers during the Great Marianas Turkey Shoot.

That varied depending on the airplane, bombers could have many.
There were many different airplanes developed during the war - bombers and fighters. They came in single wing (monoplanes), two wing (biplanes) and three wing (triplane) varieties.
There were many. One of the most famous was Willow Run in Ypsilanti. They produced bombers there throughout the war. Many of the auto plants turned out tanks and jeeps as well as trucks.
