Upper arm: Humerus = 1

Forearm: Radius and ulna = 2

Wrist (carpal bones): Scaphoid, Lunate, Triquetrum, Pisiform, Trapezium, Trapezoid, Capitate, Hamate = 8

Metacarpals: 5

Phalangies: 14 (3 in every finger but only 2 in thumb)

A grand total of 30!

The arm refers to the region of the upper limb between the shoulder and the elbow jont and the only bone within it is the Humerus. In the forearms are another two bones, the Radius and the Ulna. In the whole of the upper limb includinf the hand there are 30 bones.
