There are plenty of places that sell and own books about the Civil War. One can simply go to their nearest library and find many many books on the topic. Other places would include Books A Million or even Amazon.

In an open and free society, all books should be made accessible to the public. A problem arises when we try to define what a "bad" book is, something that will differ from person to person, society to society. Allowing open access to books and tools for readers to read critically enables readers to make up their own individual minds about a book and the ideas it presents.
