the average person will burn 11 calories per minute but the higher and the faster you go you could burn up to 20 calories. if you are trying to lose some weight i would suggest doing jump rope for an hour a day and then you have already burned 660 calories. you be amazed with the results
Roughly 55 calories for 5 minutes, or 11 per minute. This depends on how many per minute, how high you jump etc.
Yes, chewing gum can burn about 7-11 calories an hour, depending on how fast you chew and how much you weigh.
On average, jumping rope burns about 11 calories per minute. If you crank up the intensity of your jumps, you can burn in the neighborhood of 20 calories per minute. say you jump 50x/minute - 20 minutes - 220-400 cal.
As long as you are alive you are already burning calories. And the more physically active you are - the more you use your muscles - the more calories you burn. So how far you have to run depends on how many calories you are aiming to burn. Me, I'll use up about 1000 cals on a 6-mile run.
On average, jumping rope burns about 11 calories per minute. If you crank up the intensity of your jumps, you can burn in the neighborhood of 20 calories per minute. So ten minutes of jumping will burn anywhere from 111 to 200 calories depending how fast you jump.
i think about 11 or 8 or it actually could be 16 not that high according to the sugar in grapefruit Think this way: The same amount of calories you BURN when drinking a cup of anything--milk, soda, juice, coffee. The number of calories you BURN when drinking a cup of anything is negligible.
Gum chewing: Average female - 10 calories per hour Average male - 12 calories per hour * based on 30 chews per minute
Not any important amount. When it comes to burning calories, how hard and for how long is much more important than what you do. Pretty much all activities that gives you the same increase in heart rate for the same time will burn the same amount of calories. Now, 75 knee highs won't take that long to complete. Maybe 1.5 minute if we're generous. And it's about as strenuous as aerobics. So if one hour of aerobics would use up 450-600 calories, 1.5 minutes of knee highs will use up 11-15 calories.
Im not 100% accurate but I'll say 10 calories.. I can assure you for every 5 mins you run non stop, you burn 44 calories.. That means you r running basiclly 11 mins a mile... N if u run as fast a 5 mins a mile u burn 94 calories... That means how fast you are running for a certain amount of time. Basiclly it all depends how fast you run n how long.
