Two scrambled eggs usually come in at around 140 calories so that is pretty healthy. As for the rest it's difficult to say as it all depends on the type of bread and cheese you used. Of course a sprinkle of cheese is fine, but a ton of cheese is not. Providing that you used wholemeal brown bread, low fat margarine and a sprinkle of cheese I'd say no more than 350 - 400 calories.
