A 4 oz chicken cutlet made for breast meat has about 185 calories with 35 of those calories coming from fat. breading and frying the cutlet adds about 100 calories from fat and at least 50 calories from the breading.

At the lowest end you end up with 375 calories with 135 coming from fat. This is if you make it at home with no egg wash and only light breading. Commercial products will usually be higher.

Most people do not make 4 oz servings however. Budget 600 calories with 200 coming from fat for what most people make at home.
