57 countries end with a vowel
Hey! I would say around 118, from my personal calculations but that’s only if you don’t count y!
Hope I helped!

It's worth noting that some countries' names may end with a vowel in their local language but not in English, or vice versa.
In English, most of them (considering Y as a vowel). Most countries not ending in vowels have -land endings. In South America there are only three non-vowel-ending (Surinam, Brazil and Ecuador).
There are more in Europe. Spain, Portugal, Germany, Sweden, Denmark.
In Brazilian Portuguese, nearly all of them. Surinam, for example, is ‘Suriname’, the -land ending becomes -landa or -landia. Spain is EspanhA, Sweden is SuéciA, Denmark is DinamarcA. Portugal is still Portugal. although the old form PortucaliA is sometimes heard. Brazil is also still Brazil (but spelt with an S).
In Esperanto, all of them, as all nouns end in O, hence in a vowel.
