Certainly NOT! A gram is a measurement of weight and a litre is a measurement of volume. The 1:1 ratio is approximately true only for water. A liter is a volume enclosed in 10cm x 10cm x10 cm and a mililitre is respectively 1/1000 of that or a volume enclosed in 1cm x 1cm x 1 cm. So one ml of lead is absolutely NOT equal to a gram.
