This question can not be answered directly because weight measure and cup measure are not equal. Ingredients are all different weights. 1 cup of sugar is going to weigh more than 1 cup of bread flour. Sugar is 7 oz in one cup and bread flour is 5 oz in a cup. So to answer your question I would have to know what it is your measuring.
There are all sorts of resources to convert cup to weight based on specific ingredient. The web has a lot of references of this type. For instance; if you type in how much does 1 cup of sugar weigh you will get several websites that deal with this kind of conversion.
Many baking and cooking textbooks also have this information in the appendix.
This varies depending on the substance which you put in the cup, as different ingredients have different weights. Eg. 1.5 cups of flour = 8oz but 1.5 cups of sugar = 10.5oz
