According to its label, a typical U.S. container of Oatmeal, such as Quaker Oats (about 4" in diameter and 7" tall), contains about 13 servings, each representing 1/2 cup of dry oatmeal, and weighs 524 grams. Therefore 1 kilogram of dry oatmeal represents: 1000 / 524 * 13 * 1/2 = 12 1/2 cups of dry oatmeal. (see discussion)

If 1 cup weighs 90 grams and 10kg = 10000 grams then there are 111 cups in 10kg

1 pound is about 4 cups (US) of rolled oats (oatmeal) so 2 kg would be about 17 1/2 cups more or less. (depending on the cup measure you use and the compaction and moisture in the oats)
