Valium on its own is not normally fatal, even at such a dosage (LD50 is at least 700mg/kg). However, it can cause coma and an overdose is a medical emergency requiring immediate attention; any interaction particularly with alcohol, opiates and other depressants is easily fatal as well.
If you take enough you can overdose, but the lethal dose for mice is 720mg/kg so to overdose your going to need alot of valium.

Alcohol will increase the central nervous system depressant effects of diazepam. You will become overly sedated.
