Yes. Anorexia can appear and manifest itself in an individual in numerous different forms and stages. A person may have anorexic-like eating habits, or anorexia that is moderate or severe or anywhere in-between. There are ofetn stages, too. A person usually doe not just develop full-blown anorexia quickly. Usually, it starts out with a desire to lose weight, and some abnormal eating habits. Then, it slowly progresses. Eating habits et more un-natural and dangerous, and more weight is desired to be lost. This pattern continues often to a very dangerous and health-risk level.
