I don't think there's a specific number of girls but I know they are famous all over the world. When I was younger, I loved Barbie dolls and many of my friends did too. But it's also true that they are the most "abused" dolls in America! You might remember your little brother pulling Malibu Barbie's head off or giving Ken a haircut, just to name a few examples!
